I always challenge unhealthy norms and stereotypes, I’m a rebel to ideals that do not promote inclusive growth and development. So this is not just about women.

Today marks the annual celebration of women’s day. It’s International Women’s Day and I choose to challenge inequality and gender biases affecting the growth and development of girls and women.

I chose it long ago and I walk the talk by providing access to opportunities to girls and women and prioritizing their growth.

I’ve been privileged to work with more women in carrying out impactful projects and my team currently has 70% of women. I’ve trained girls and women the most.

There’s no need for long epistle, let’s play our part in ensuring that we live in an equal and inclusive world.

As espoused on the international women’s day website, “A challenged world is an alert world. Individually, we’re all responsible for our own thoughts and actions – all day, every day.

We can all choose to challenge and call out gender bias and inequality. We can all choose to seek out and celebrate women’s achievements. Collectively, we can all help create an inclusive world.

From challenge comes change, so let’s all choose to challenge.”

Here is saying Happy International Women’s Day to everyone.

Remain inspired, purposeful, and successful
